We are looking for a director who would be willing to put on productions. They would have casting freedom, access to all our resources, personnel and budget, have freedom of choice in terms of play selection, and get their production toured around the east Anglian area. They would be in charge of running the entire rehearsal process, in conjunction with the Production Manager, and work as the creative head of the play's production team. They would be handling all artistic decisions concerning the show, and may even run the show during performance, working with the Stage Manager and the venue staff to co-ordinate the production.
