Tendring Technology College | | | About me | My name is Jamie Rees. I'm a 20 year old lighting/events and computer technician currently based in North East Essex.
I currently work as a lighting tech at a local authority run venue as well as doing casual technician work in a couple of other local theatres. My main role within the theatre/events industry is as a lighting technician/designer although I'm not afraid of getting my hands dirty with anything else, especially when I can learn something!
Away from the industry, I'm also heavily involved in the IT world as a technician primarily focused on communications and networking. I provide IT support services for various clients.
I like to think I'm a friendly, easy going bloke who works well as part of a team or on my own initiative. I'm hard working and dedicated to the work that I do.
